ISO/HACCP Certification

The production process of KANAKI products has been secured by the design of its production facilities according to the CODEX ALIMENTARIUS, the international code of standards for food and beverages. Our company applies the HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) system, certified by LLOYD'S, and it has recently obtained the ISO 22000 Certification by TÜV AUSTRIA HELLAS, which is the most comprehensive standard for the food industry and includes the procedures as defined by HACCP.
