Thick Filo Pastry kneaded with Olive Oil. A gourmet version of the classic Filo Pastry made from premium quality flour. It is thicker than classic Filo Pastry and becomes more crunchy when baked. The addition of Olive Oil gives it a richer taste and more homemade texture. Fold, wrap, roll, ll or stack the exible sheets of Filo Pastry to accompany whatever you chose, and transform the most basic materials into culinary masterpieces. Ideal for baking as well as frying.

Defrosting instructions:
Before using the Filo Pastry, let it thaw at room temperature for at least 2 hours in its sealed packaging so that it won’t lose its moisture. Do not try to unfold Filo Pastry that is not completely defrosted because it might tear apart. Once the packaging is open, keep the Filo Pastry covered with a slightly damp towel during the preparation of your recipe so that it will remain moist.
