Homemade Special Pizza
  • 1 item KANAKI Pizza dough
  • 200 gr. grated Gouda cheese
  • 200 gr. grated Edam cheese
  • 150 gr. bacon slices
  • 150 gr. sliced pepperoni
  • 1 green pepper, sliced
  •  ½ kg tomatoes, peeled and grated
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2-3 curly basil leaves
  • salt, pepper

Cooking time: 35 minutes Preparation time: 20 minutes For 6 persons


Heat the olive oil in a saucepan over low heat. Add the onion and the remaining sauce ingredients and allow them to simmer over low heat for 5 minutes. Pour the mixture over the dough and bake the pizza at 180° C for 35 minutes, on the middle shelf of the oven.

For making Pizza in a baking tray

Place the dough on the work surface, inside its packaging film. Brush a baking tin with olive oil and place the dough inside the pan.

Use your fingers to spread the dough and fill the entire surface.

Top with the sauce, cheeses and sausages of your choice.
