PIZZA BASE

Storage Conditions:

Keep in freezer (max -18°C) *** until the date "Best before" (see side of packaging). If not kept in the freezer, use it on the day of purchase.

Each package contains 3 bases with an intermediate separating film, so you can thaw as many as you want.

ONCE THAWED DO NOT REFREEZE.

Instructions of Use:
Remove from the freezer, open the packaging and take out as many pizza crusts as you wish to bake, remove the separating film that keeps them from sticking together and place the rest back in the freezer immediately. Let it defrost until the oven is preheated. Preheat your oven to 180°C. Place the pizza crust, in a slightly buttered or oiled tray or on baking paper. Dress the pizza crust with all the ingredients you like and bake it on the middle rack of the oven for 12 - 15 minutes. Adjust temperature and baking time to your oven.

Ingredients:
Wheat flour, water, vegetable fat (sunflower oil, olive oil, vegetable cooking fat [{vegetable oils and fats from palm, soya}, color {b-carotene}]), yeast, sugar, salt, deactivated dry yeast, glycerin, emulsifiers (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, polyoxyethylene ester sorbitan mono-oleate), antioxidant (citric acid), preservative (potassium sorbate).

The product may contain traces of milk and sesame.

Deep frozen product. Produced in Greece with EU and non-EU flour.
