1 package KANAKI SHORTCRUST Pastry
100 gr. grated Gruyère or Greek Kefalograviera cheese
2 tbsp. black sesame
1 egg
freshly ground pepper
Preparation - Steps
Make the mini crackers as per the instructions. Bake them in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20-25 minutes. Suitable for accompanying drinks and beverages, dips or as a garnish for salads and soups.
Alternatively you can sprinkling the crackers with:
• 100 gr. Parmesan and 1 tsp. cumin
• 100 gr. grated Kefalograviera cheese and 1 tablespoon mixed herbs
• 100 gr. grated Parmesan cheese and 2 tbsp. poppy seeds
or brush the surface with olive oil and sprinkle with coarse sea salt.
For making Mini Cheese Crackers:
Defrost the shortcrust pastries and lay them on a baking tin. Cut them in halves.Beat the egg and brush the pastries. Sprinkle with the ingredients.
