Ingredients
1 sheet of KANAKI SHORTCRUST Pastry
For the filling:
200g feta cheese
80g strained yogurt (10% fat)
1 egg
2 tbsp fresh mint, finely chopped
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1 onion
Pepper to taste
For the topping:
2 tbsp milk
2 tbsp oats
2 tbsp sesame seeds
Preparation - Steps
Cut the pastry sheet into 8 equal triangles. Sauté the onion and bell peppers in a pan until softened. In a large bowl, crumble the feta cheese. Add the yogurt, sautéed vegetables, egg, mint, and pepper, then mix well. Place the filling on 4 of the triangles. Cover with the remaining triangles to create sealed pastries. Brush the tops with milk, then sprinkle with oats and sesame seeds.
Bake in the airfryer at 190°C (375°F) for 14 minutes. Flip the pastries and bake for an additional 4 minutes.
