Storage Instructions:
Keep refrigerated (2°C - 4°C) until the "Best before" date (see front of packaging).
The "Best before" date is valid only if the product remains sealed in its airtight packaging. Once opened, close the packaging tightly, refrigerate, and consume within 2 days.
Each package contains 1 pre-baked Fluffy Pinsa base, sized 28x18cm.
Instructions of use:
Add your choice of toppings and bake the pinsa in its tray in a preheated fan oven at 200°C - 220°C for approximately 5 - 7 minutes.
Adjust baking time according to your oven and the manufacturer's instructions.
Ingredients:
Sourdough 47% (soft wheat flour, water, yeast), soft wheat flour, water, extra virgin olive oil 3.6%, salt, rice flour, brewer’s yeast, preservatives (calcium propionate, potassium sorbate), soft wheat malt flour, flavoring.
The product may contain traces of soy and mustard.
Pre-baked product. Made in Italy.

KANAKI Base Pinsa is packed in a protective atmosphere.
