Ingredients
(for 12 pieces)
For the windmill:
2 KANAKI PUFF Pastry sheets
12 tsp forest fruit jam
1 egg
2 tbsp milk
For the cream:
240 gr. cream cheese
2 tsp liquid vanilla
Zest from 1 lemon
2 tsp brown sugar
For the decoration:
Powdered sugar

Preparation - Steps
For the cream:
In a bowl, add the cream cheese, lemon zest, liquid vanilla, brown sugar, and stir well.
For the windmills:
Lay the puff pastry horizontally (with the larger side as the base) on a surface, carve horizontally in the middle and then vertically in 3 equal strips, to form 6 square pieces.
Carve each piece starting from all the angles and towards the center of the square, stopping a little before the center.
Place 1 tsp of the cream on the center of the pastry.
Add 1 tsp jam on top.
To form the windmill: Bring the right angle of the first triangle to touch the center, on top of the jam. Continue with the respective angles of the remaining 3 triangles, placing one angle on top of the other at the center. Press them slightly so as not to get stuck between them.
Bake at 180°C for 20 min.
Once the windmills are ready, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with fresh forest fruit.
