1 package of KANAKI Puff Pastry
3-4 apples
Peach jam
Icing sugar

Preparation - Steps
Roll out the KANAKI Puff Pastry and gently flatten it with a rolling pin. Cut it into 4 equal strips. Core the apples using an apple corer and then slice them into thin pieces. Spread peach jam on each strip of pastry. Place the apple slices along the edges of each pastry strip. Sprinkle with icing sugar and cinnamon. Fold the pastry strips horizontally to cover the apple slices, and then carefully roll them to form rose shapes. Place the apple roses on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 30 minutes, until the pastry puffs up and turns golden brown. Once baked, dust with additional icing sugar.
