Διπλωτάρια με Μοτσαρέλα, Φέτα και Ντομάτα

Wrappers with Mozzarella, Feta Cheese, and Tomato


For 18 wrappers:
1 package KANAKI SHORTCRUST Pastry
200 gr. Feta cheese
2 balls mozzarella cheese
2 average-sized, firm tomatoes
2 tsp. of dried basil
olive oil

Preparation - Steps

Cut tomatoes in half, remove the seeds and cut into small cubes. Grate the Feta and mozzarella. In a bowl, combine the feta, mozzarella, tomatoes, basil, a pinch of salt, 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil and mix. Make the wrappers as per the instructions. Place them in a shallow baking tin and brush each one with a little olive oil. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40 minutes.

For making Shortcrust Wrappers:
Place the pastry sheets on a clean surface and cut each one into 3 strips vertically and another 3 horizontally.

Divide the filling onto the pieces of pastry.

Brush the opposite ends of each piece of pastry with water and fold inwards, leaving the other two ends open. Press gently to stick them.
