Κρεμμυδόπιτα με Φέτα και Καπνιστό Χοιρινό

Onion Pie with Feta Cheese and Smoked Pork


1 package KANAKI SHORTCRUST Pastry
2 onions
5 slices smoked pork
150 gr. feta cheese
Olive oil
1 tsp oregano

Preparation - Steps

In a bowl, add 2 minced onions, feta cheese, 4 slices minced pork and oregano; add olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. Lay the KANAKI SHORTCRUST Pastry in a baking pan and pour the mixture from the bowl on top. Cover with the second sheet and press slightly on both sides. Preheat the oven at 165°C, with extra heat on the oven elements, and bake on the middle rack for 40 min.
