Ingredients
1 package KANAKI SHORTCRUST Pastry
For the Filling:
5 apples
¼ κ.σ. Crystal Sugar for each apple
1 kg Cinnamon
For the Caramel:
250 gr. Crystal Sugar
½ LT sour cream
150 gr. animal butter
100gr. white chocolate couverture
1 pinch of salt
Preparation - Steps
Bring the cream to a boil.
Melt the sugar in a pan over high heat.
Lower the heat and, stirring the melted sugar, slowly add the cream. Leave on very low heat. Add the butter.
Add the white chocolate and salt.
We put out the fire.
Peel the apples and cut them into small pieces.
Put the apples in a saucepan over low heat and sugar.
Stir constantly so that the sugar does not burn.
Add the cinnamon and stir.
Cut the dough into 8.
Spread the filling on one side, fold the sheet, close the edges with a fork and fold the edges. Bake in the oven at 180°C until they turn brown.
Serve with a little caramel and ice cream.
