Pie with Filo Pastry and Roast Vegetables

Ingredients

1 package KANAKI FILO Pastry
4 tbsp pesto
150 gr. mushrooms
2 tomatoes
½ cauliflower
2 spring onions
1 onion
150 gr. graviera cheese
2 carrots
100 gr. goat cheese
Thyme

Preparation - Steps

Cut 1/2 cauliflower in bits, 1 onion in eight pieces, 2 carrots, tomatoes, spring onions in half. In a baking pan laid with baking paper, add the vegetables with a little salt, thyme and olive oil. Bake in the oven for 20 min at 180°C. Open 1 package KANAKI Filo Pastry. Take 3 sheets, oil them one by one, and place them one on top of the other, adjusted to the size of the baking pan. Fold the edges and open holes so that they will not rise too much and bake in the oven at 180°C until golden brown. Add the roast vegetables, 1 cup chopped mushrooms, thyme, goat cheese, graviera and a little pesto on the KANAKI Fillo Pastry. Bake at 180°C for 10 min.
