New Year Meat Pies

Ingredients

For 20-25 meat pies:
1 package KANAKI Chilled COUNTRY STYLE Filo Pastry
750 gr. beef or lamb
3 large dried onions
2 cups boiled clove rice
400 gr. grated feta
1 teaspoon of soup dry mint
5 eggs
Salt Pepper
160 gr. melted butter for the sheets

Preparation - Steps

Peel a squash, grate it and slice the meat into small cubes. Put them with 3 cups of water and boil them on a medium heat until the meat is soft. Drain and leave to cool. Put the rice, the meat with the onions, the feta, the mint and the eggs in a bowl, season with salt and pepper and stir. Make the cases out of foil according to the instructions and distribute the filling in them. Bake them in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 35-40 minutes. For the first 5 minutes, place the pan on the bottom of the oven and continue baking on the lower shelf. Serve the pancakes hot.

To make Sheet Cases:

Open the sheets on the workbench and cut them into 3 pieces horizontally and each piece into 6 parts vertically.

Butter 5 rectangular pieces of foil and place them on top of each other, radially.

Put them in the muffin tins and press them gently with your hand to get the shape of the tin.
