Σουφλέ Καταΐφι

Kataifi (Angel’s Hair) Souffle


800 ml fresh milk
1 cup graviera cheese, grated
1 cup gouda cheese, grated
½ kg mushrooms
4 eggs
150 gr. smoked pork
200 ml creme fraiche
Olive oil
Salt, pepper

Preparation - Steps

Open 1 package KANAKI KATAIFI, mince the mushrooms, and cut the smoked pork in cubes. Take half the shredded dough and spread it in the baking pan. Spread the pork over the Shredded Dough; add the mushrooms, grated gouda and graviera. In a bowl, add 4 eggs, 250 ml creme fraiche, 800 ml milk, pepper, salt, and stir well. Take the other half of the KATAIFI Shredded Dough, spread it over the ingredients and pour the mixture on top. Preheat the oven at 180°C, with extra heat on the oven elements, in air, and bake for 50 min.
