Fried Small Cheese Pies with Black Cumin

Ingredients

For 24 small cheese pies:
1 package KANAKI Chilled COUNTRY STYLE Filo Pastry
250 gr. feta cheese, ground
100 gr. parmigiano, grated
150 gr. manouri cheese, grated
3 eggs
½ tsp cumin
2 tbsp black cumin
100 gr. butter, melted, for the sheets
Seed oil for frying

Preparation - Steps

In a bowl, add the feta cheese, manouri, parmigiano, cumin and black cumin. Lightly beat the 3 eggs, add them to the mixture and stir.
Prepare the small cheese pies according to the instructions, heat the seed oil and fry them. Strain on tissue paper and serve.

For the small cheese pies:
Open the puff pastry sheets on the kitchen worktop and cut them alongside in 4 strips.

Take 1 strip from the sheet and smear it with butter. Add 1 tbsp from the stuffing on one corner, fold the sheet covering the stuffing and forming a triangle.

Continue to fold the sheet in a triangle. Continue in the same way with the remaining ingredients.
