Τρίγωνα Αλμυρά Μπισκοτάκια με Κρέμα Παρμεζάνας

Mini Triangles with Parmesan Cream


For 40 triangles:
1 package KANAKI PUFF Pastry in 20 Round Shapes
1 ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg
3 tbsp. poppy seeds (or black sesame seeds)
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup strained yogurt
2 tbsp. finely chopped dill
1 tsp. sweet paprika to garnish

Preparation - Steps

Prepare the filling by combining the half cup of Parmesan cheese with the sweet paprika and prepare the triangles as per the instructions. Beat the egg with 2 tablespoon of water, brush the surface of the triangles and sprinkle with poppy seeds. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 25 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow them to cool. Blend the mayonnaise with the yogurt and remaining Parmesan cheese. Place a small quantity of the filling on each triangle, sprinkle with dill and paprika and serve.

For making Filled Biscuits:
Place each mini puff pastry on a clean surface, brush with water, place a small quantity of the filling and cover with another mini puff pastry.

Cut in 4 pieces and place them on a shallow baking tray. Continue in the same way with the remaining ingredients.
