Greens Pie


1 package KANAKI Chilled COUNTRY STYLE Filo Pastry
1 leek
3-4 spring onions
¼ cabbage
2 tbsp pine cone seeds
1 cup baby spinach
3-4 tbsp olive oil to saute
½ cup olive oil to sprinkle the sheets
1 bunch chervil
Salt, pepper

Preparation - Steps

Mince 3-4 spring onions and 1 leek. First, roast the pine cone seeds, add the leek, cabbage, the white part from the onion, 1 cup baby spinach and, at the last moment, the green part from the onion and 1 bunch chervil. Open 1 package KANAKI Chilled COUNTRY STYLE Filo Pastry. Cut it in 3 equal parts. Form the pie in the baking pan, with the sheets divided in stripes and placed crisscross; add a little olive oil, pour the mixture on top and seal the pie. Sprinkle a little olive oil on top and bake the pie in the oven at 170 °C with extra heat on the oven elements.
