Ingredients
1 package KANAKI PIZZA Dough
200g sour myzithra cheese
100g mozzarella
fresh oregano
fresh thyme
fresh rosemary
dried hot chili peppers
cherry tomatoes
sun-dried tomatoes
arugula leaves
pepper
sea salt flakes
Preparation - Steps
In a shallow, lightly oiled pan, spread the dough with your fingers until it covers the entire pan.
Spread the cheeses. Sprinkle with oregano and thyme. Add the hot chili peppers. Season with salt and pepper.
Bake in a well-preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) on convection setting, top and bottom, on the last rack. Bake for about 20 minutes, until the dough is cooked and the cheeses have melted.
