PIZZA Dough

Storage Conditions:

Keep in freezer (max -18 °C) *** until the date "Best before" (see side of packaging). If not kept in the freezer, use it on the day of purchase.

Each pack contains 4 pieces of Dough (approximately 28x9cm) wrapped in baking paper to keep them from sticking together.

ONCE THAWED DO NOT REFREEZE.

Thawing Instructions:
You do not need to thaw PIZZA Dough before baking, but if you choose to do so, open the package and remove as many pieces as you want and place them separately on the kitchen counter or on your baking pan. It will take approximately 20 minutes to thaw completely. When they thaw you can cut them into smaller pieces, stick them next to each other creating a sheet, wrap them or fold them to create the shape you want depending on your recipe.

Baking Instructions for Easy Homemade Pizza (without thawing):

Remove the 4 pieces of Dough from the packaging and place them next to each other, on a baking pan lined with the baking paper, the pieces are wrapped with.
Preheat your oven at 180°C for air or at 200°C for baking using top and bottom heating elements.
Spread tomato sauce on the pizza dough and add your favorite ingredients (e.g. cheese, ham, bacon, peppers, and mushrooms).
Place the baking dish on the rack below the middle and bake for about 20'.
Adjust the cooking time and temperature according to your oven.

Ingredients:

Wheat flour, water, sunflower oil, humectant agent (glycerin, sorbitol, water, emulsifier [mono and diglycerides of fatty acids], acidity regulator [citric acid], salt), glycerin, raising agents (phosphate salts, sodium carbonate salts), flour improver (wheat flour, wheat gluten, emulsifiers [diacetyl-tartaric esters of mono and diglycerides, sunflower lecithin], antioxidant [ascorbic acid], enzymes), flavor, sugar, salt, dextrose, stabilizer (sodium carboxy-methyl-cellulose).

The product may contain traces of egg, milk, mustard, sesame, and nuts.

Deep frozen product. Wheat flour, processed in Greece, grain from EU and non-EU.
