Ingredients
1 package KANAKI PIZZA Dough
150 gr. mascarpone
150 gr. chocolate paste
100 gr. hazelnuts
2 tbsp powdered sugar
Preparation - Steps
Open 1 package KANAKI PIZZA Dough and cut it in a round shape. Add minced hazelnuts, 150 gr mascarpone and 150 gr chocolate paste, and seal the calzone on one side, making sure there is no air inside. Open two holes on the surface and sprinkle a little powdered sugar, to improve its colour once baked. Preheat the oven at the max. temperature, with extra heat on the oven elements, and bake for 12 min.
