Νηστίσιμη Πίτσα με Γαρίδες

Lenten Pie with Shrimps


1 package KANAKI PIZZA Dough
2 onions
450 gr peeled whole cherry tomatoes
4-5 shrimps
2 medium zucchini
4-5 basil leaves
Fresh mint
Arugula leaves
1 tbsp sugar
Olive oil

Preparation - Steps

Cut the onions in wedges. Saute them in a little olive oil over low heat to caramelize them. Meanwhile, prepare the tomato sauce. Place the cherry tomatoes in a bowl and break them into bits with a fork, add olive oil and salt. Add the fresh basil, minced. While the onions are being caramelized, add salt and sugar. Lay the fresh KANAKI pizza crust on a baking pan. Cut the shrimps in small pieces. Grate the zucchini in flakes. Spread the tomato sauce over the pastry. Place the ingredients, starting with the onions. Continue with the shrimps, zucchini and a little olive oil. Bake in a preheated oven with extra heat on the oven elements, at 250°C for 8-10 min. Once the pizza is baked, add a little mint and a few arugula leaves.
