Pizza with Feta Cheese and Salami

Ingredients

400 gr. KANAKI PIZZA Dough
4 tbsp tomato sauce
200 gr. feta cheese
12 slices dry-cured sausage
10 olive slices
A few oregano leaves
A few basil leaves
A little olive oil
A little corn flour

Quick tomato sauce:
400 gr. peeled tomatoes
1 garlic clove
1 tbsp olive oil
1 basil sprig
1 fresh oregano sprig
Salt
Pepper

Preparation - Steps

Sprinkle a large shallow baking pan with a little corn flour and place the pizza crust in it.
Spread the pizza crust with your fingers so that it covers the whole baking pan surface and it becomes very thin.
Use a spoon to spread the thick tomato sauce circularly all over the pizza surface.
Spread the salami, olive slices and feta cheese all over. Sprinkle with the oregano, basil and a few drops of olive oil.
Preheat the oven at 200°C, with extra heat on the top and bottom oven elements, and use the bottom rack.
Place the pizza in a hot oven and bake it without opening and closing the door for approx. 25 min, until the pizza bottom is well baked.

For the quick tomato sauce:
Add all the materials in a small saucepan and boil for 10 min. While boiling, stir a few times to help break and melt the tomatoes.
The quick tomato sauce must be very dry, without any juices. Keep any excess sauce in the fridge inside a sterilized glass jar, where it will keep for several days. For better conservation, cover the sauce surface with olive oil.
