Πίτσα με Γραβιέρα Αμφιλοχίας, Σαλάμι, Πιπεριές, Ελιές και Σπανάκι

Pizza with Graviera Cheese from Amfilohia, Salami, Peppers, Olives and Spinach


1 package KANAKI PIZZA Dough

For the sauce:
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 large garlic clove, pulped
4 tomatoes, grated
1 large dry laurel leave
1 large pinch dry oregano
½ tsp caster sugar
¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
Salt, to taste

400 gr. graviera from Amfilohia, ground
10 slices salami from Lefkada
1 Florina pepper, cut in strips
5 pitted Kalamon olives, minced
100 gr. spinach, chopped

Preparation - Steps

For the sauce:
Saute the olive oil, garlic, herbs, sugar, salt and pepper for approx. 10 min.

Lay the crust, without removing the paper, in a 30cm baking pan. Preheat the oven at 200οC and bake the pastry for approx. 5 min, together with the sauce. Add all the materials on top, saving the cheese for last, and bake for approx. another 10 min.
