Pizza with Mushrooms and Potato or with Chicken and Sauce

Ingredients

Pizza with mushrooms and potato:
1 package KANAKI PIZZA Dough
Mushrooms
Roast potatoes
Graviera cheese
White goat cheese
Pine cone seeds, thyme
Olive oil

Pizza with chicken and sauce:
1 package KANAKI PIZZA Dough
Chicken
Graviera cheese, blue cheese
Chestnuts
1 cup cherry tomatoes
Olive oil, salt

Preparation - Steps

(Baking time 8 min for each pizza, at the bottom rack, with extra heat on the top and bottom oven elements. Preheat the oven at 250 °C)
1. Lay the crust on the baking pan without removing the baking paper underneath and lay the base (mushrooms), grate the graviera cheese and goat cheese. Add enough pine cone seeds and thyme/rosemary. Stir slightly the ingredients and sprinkle a little olive oil.
2. For the sauce, mix in the blender 1 cup cherry tomatoes, a little olive oil, salt and a few chestnuts. Pour it over the crust, add the chicken/turkey, grate a little graviera cheese and blue cheese. Chop the remaining chestnuts and add them to the mixture.
