Ingredients
(for 1 pizza)
For the pizza:
1 package KANAKI PIZZA Dough
5-6 tbsp cream cheese
5-6 baby potatoes, washed, in very thin slices
1 medium onion, in very thin slices
Salt flower-pepper
4-5 tbsp olive oil
2 sprigs rosemary
2 sprigs thyme
100 gr. smoked cheese
Preparation - Steps
For the pizza:
In a bowl, place the potatoes, onions, olive oil, rosemary (only the leaves), salt flower and pepper, and stir very well.
Lay the pizza crust in a baking pan, without removing its baking sheet.
Smear the pastry surface with the cream cheese, leaving a 1 cm margin all around, and sprinkle with half the smoked cheese.
Seal the margin inwards, forming a frame and then evenly spread the potatoes and onions.
Smear with the olive oil remaining in the bowl, sprinkle the thyme leaves and the remaining smoked cheese; bake in a preheated oven at 220°C, for 10-15 min, until the pastry is baked and the potatoes and onions on the surface turn golden brown.
