Ingredients
For 16 pieces:
1 package KANAKI PIZZA Dough
2 village saucages (200 gr. in total)
150 gr. metsovone cheese, grated
3 tbsp strained yoghurt
2 eggs
1 tsp dry basil
2 tbsp black cumin
Salt, pepper
Preparation - Steps
Mince the sausages and mix with the cheese, yoghurt, 1 egg (slightly beaten), basil, salt and pepper. Prepare the rolls according to the instructions. Beat the 2nd egg with 1 tbsp water and smear the rolls. Sprinkle with the black cumin and bake at 180°C for 30 min, on the middle rack, in a preheated oven with extra heat on the oven elements.
For the rolls:
Place the four strips of Pizza Dough on the counter and cut each strip into four pieces.
Spread the mixture on the center of each parallelogram piece and fold the rolls from the larger side.
Press the edges with a fork, so that they get stuck together.
