EXTRA FINE FILO Pastry

Conservation Instructions:

Store in the freezer (max -18°C)  *** Until the date "Preferably consumed before"
(see side view). If not stored in the freezer, use on the day of purchase.
 

Each package contains 13-14 sheets (approximately 50x37cm).

ONCE THAWED DO NOT REFREEZE.

Thawing Instructions:

Before using the product, place it in the chiller compartment of your refrigerator from the previous night to thaw gradually, or let it thaw at room temperature for at least 2 hours. Always thaw Extra Fine Filo Pastry in its sealed packaging. Do not try to unfold Extra Fine Filo Pastry that is not completely thawed because it might tear apart. Open the packaging when you are ready to use the Extra Fine Filo Pastry and always keep it covered with a damp towel during the preparation of your recipe so that it will not lose its moisture.

Ingredients:

Wheat flour, water, corn starch, salt, butter [milk] 0.5%, butter flavor, preservative [potassium sorbate], whole egg powder 0.03%, color [curcuma].

Deep frozen product. Produced in Greece with EU and non-EU flour.
