Storage Conditions:

Keep in freezer (max -18°C) *** until the "Best before" date (see side of packaging). If not kept in the freezer, use it on the day of purchase. Thawing is not necessary before baking.

Preparation:

Preheat your oven to 180°C. Remove the film and place the pie in its own tray on the oven rack below the middle. Bake until golden brown. 

Baking Time: 45 minutes for fan heating or 55 minutes for conventional oven heating. Adjust the baking time according to your oven and its manufacturer's instructions for use. To enjoy its full flavor, let the pie cool down for at least 10 minutes before serving.

CAUTION! Do not use the grill and do not place the paper tray directly on the oven walls.

Ingredients:
Filling 49% (cheese 56% {feta [milk] 28%, mizithra [milk] 28%}, water, semolina [wheat], dill 0.4%, oregano 0.2%, pepper, salt, nutmeg), filo pastry 44% (wheat flour, water, sunflower oil, corn starch, salt), sunflower oil, olive oil.


The product may contain traces of sesame and nuts.

Deep frozen product.
Produced in Greece with EU and non-EU wheat flour and EU cheeses.
