Storage at Home:

Store in the freezer at max -18°C *** until the "Best before" date (See front side). Once thawed do not refreeze. Thawing is not necessary before baking. If not kept in the freezer, use it immediately. This product is not microwavable.

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C. Remove the cover and place the Bougatsa in its paper tray on the oven rack below the middle.

  • Bake until golden brown. Normal cooking time: 40’ - 45’ minutes for fan heating. 
    ! Baking Tip! In about 30’ - 35’ minutes and after the surface has taken a golden color, carefully flip the pie in the tray upside down. Continue baking till oil is absorbed.

  • Allow it to cool down for at least 10 minutes before serving.

  • Adjust the cooking time and temperature according to your oven.
    ! Caution! Do not use the grill and do not place the paper tray directly on the oven walls.

cream 48% (water, sugar, semolina [wheat] 12%, vegetable margarine {[non hydrogenated vegetable oils “from: sunflower, cottonseed, soya” and non-hydrogenated vegetable fats “from: palm” in varying proportions], water, salt, emulsifiers [mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, polyglycerides of fatty acids, lecithin “from: sunflower”], acidity regulator [citric acid], color [b-carotene], flavor}, concentrated lemon juice, flavor [vanilla 0,1%], salt, flavor), filo Pastry 42% (wheat flour, water, sunflower oil, corn starch, salt), sunflower oil, palm oil, icing sugar (sachet 10g), cinnamon (sachet 2g).

The product may contain traces of milk, sesame, and nuts.

Produced in Greece with EU and non- EU flour and semolina.
