Storage at Home:
Keep in a deep freezer (max -18°C) *** until the "Best before" date. Once thawed do not refreeze. Thawing is not necessary before baking. Bake immediately if not kept frozen.
Preparation:

Remove the cover.

Bake the pie in its own tray in a preheated oven at 180°C for 45 minutes for fan heating (recommended) or for 50 minutes for normal oven.

Do not use the grill.

After 15 minutes of baking, pierce with a knife along the pre-cut lines (avoid puncturing the tray). Adapt the time and temperature to your oven and the manufacturer’s instructions for use.

To enjoy its full flavor, let the pie cool down for at least 10 minutes before serving.

Traditional Filo pastry 47% (wheat flour, water, sunflower oil, semolina [wheat], corn starch, salt). Filling 40% (spinach 56%, onion 15%, leek 13%, vegetable oil and fat [sunflower oil, vegetable cooking fat {vegetable oils and vegetable fats “from palm, soya”, color “b-carotene”}], dill 3%, parsley, salt, pepper), sunflower oil, olive oil 2%
