Shrimps wrapped in Kataifi and Pomegranate Sauce

Ingredients

1 package KANAKI KATAIFI
12 large shrimps, peeled (leave only the end of the tail)
200 gr. KATAIFI
1 tsp sweet paprika
Zest from 1 lemon
Salt
Pepper
Olive oil

For the pomegranate sauce:
½ cup pomegranate syrup
3 tbsp honey
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp pomegranate juice
50 gr. pomegranate seeds

Preparation - Steps

For the shrimps:
Marinate the shrimps in olive oil, with salt, pepper and lemon zest, for approx. 1 hr. Wrap each shrimp in the Shredded Dough, after “combing” it well, sprinkle a little olive oil and bake in a preheated oven at 180οC for approx. 10-12 min.

For the sauce:
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together.
Serve the shrimps with the sauce on top.
