Ingredients
250 g Puff Pastry KANAKI
3 eggs
250 ml milk
100 g yogurt
60 ml olive oil
100 g gruyère, grated
100 g feta, crumbled
1-2 pinches nutmeg
Salt & pepper
For the baking dish: 30 g cornmeal
For garnish: 30 g gruyère, grated
Preparation - Steps
Prepare the filo sheets
Cut the filo sheets into very thin strips and let them dry for 30 minutes.
Make the mixture
In a bowl, mix the eggs, milk, yogurt, olive oil, cheeses, nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Add the filo strips and mix well.
Bake in the AirFryer
Lightly grease a heatproof dish, sprinkle with cornmeal, pour in the mixture, and bake at 170°C for 25 minutes. For the last 10 minutes, turn it to the other side.
Garnish & final baking
Add grated graviera cheese and bake for 5-7 minutes at 200°C, until the cheese melts and turns golden.
