Spicy Flogeres (Rolls) with Smoked Turkey and Mozzarella

Ingredients

For the flogeres:
4 KANAKI COUNTRY STYLE Filo Pastry Sheets
Olive oil for the sheets
200 gr. mozzarella, grated
200 gr. smoked turkey, beaten in the blender
8 tbsp mild mustard
Spicy paprika

Preparation - Steps

Lay 1 Pastry Sheet on a surface, smear with olive oil and then with mustard.
Sprinkle with a little spicy paprika, and then with mozzarella/graviera and, finally, with the turkey.
Roll the sheet, starting from its larger side, into a large flogera.
Cut off a little the 2 ends diagonally and then cut the flogera into 3 equal pieces, cut in the same way.
Repeat the same procedure with all the sheets and remaining ingredients.
Place the flogeres in a non-stick baking pan, smear with olive oil, sprinkle with a little more paprika and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C, for approx. 20 min, until the pastry is baked and turns golden brown.
