Ingredients
1 KANAKI Fluffy Base PINSA ALLA ROMANA
150 g roasted or sautéed vegetables (bell peppers, zucchini, eggplant)
80 g crumbled feta
1 tablespoon olive oil
Oregano, salt, pepper
Preparation - Steps
Preheat the oven to 200°C / 400°F (fan-forced).
Place the vegetables on the Pinsa base.
Sprinkle with feta, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Drizzle with olive oil.
Bake on the middle rack for 6–7 minutes, until heated through and the feta softens.
Serve warm.
