Ingredients
1 KANAKI Fluffy Base PINSA ALLA ROMANA
100 g cream cheese or mascarpone
2 tablespoons honey
30 g crushed walnuts
Ground cinnamon (optional)
Preparation - Steps
Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F) with fan.
Spread the cream cheese evenly over the Pinsa base.
Bake for 3–4 minutes until the cheese is slightly warm and softened.
Remove the Pinsa from the oven, drizzle with honey, and sprinkle with walnuts and a little cinnamon. Serve immediately.
