Ingredients
1 KANAKI PINSA ALLA ROMANA base
4 white mushrooms, thinly sliced
3 tbsp chopped tomato
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
A pinch of salt
4 slices of ham
½ small onion, sliced
150 g fresh mozzarella
Fresh basil or thyme leaves
Preparation - Steps
Preheat the oven to the highest temperature. Brush the pinsa with ½ tbsp olive oil and pre-bake for 5–6 minutes.
Evenly spread tomato, olive oil, salt, onion, ham, mozzarella, and mushrooms over the base.
Bake for 3–5 minutes until the mozzarella melts.
Garnish with fresh basil or thyme and serve immediately.
