Praline
Cookie cutter
1 egg
Icing sugar for sprinkling
Preparation - Steps
Open the pack of KANAKI SHORTCRUST Pastry and roll it out lightly using a rolling pin. Place the praline on one half of the dough. Cover the praline with the remaining half of the dough and press lightly with the rolling pin. Use the cookie cutters to cut the dough into desired shapes.
Place the shapes on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Brush the shapes with beaten egg. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 20-30 minutes. Once out of the oven, sprinkle with icing sugar.
