Ingredients
1 sheet of KANAKI SHORTCRUST Pastry
For the filling:
200g feta cheese
80g strained yogurt (10% fat)
1 egg
2 tbsp fresh mint, finely chopped
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1 onion
Pepper to taste
For the topping:
2 tbsp milk
2 tbsp oats
2 tbsp sesame seeds
Preparation - Steps
Cut the pastry sheet into 8 equal triangles.
Sauté the onion and the pepper in a pan.
In a large bowl, crumble the feta.
Add the yogurt, the sautéed vegetables, 1 egg, chopped mint, and pepper, and mix well.
Place the filling on 4 of the triangles.
Cover with the remaining 4 triangles.
Brush the tops with milk.
Sprinkle with oats and sesame seeds.
Bake in the air fryer at 190°C for 14 minutes, flip the pies, and bake for another 4 minutes.
