KATAIFI

Storage Conditions:

Keep in freezer (max -18°C)  *** until the date "Best before" (see side of packaging). If not kept in the freezer, use it on the day of purchase.

ONCE THAWED DO NOT REFREEZE.

Thawing Instructions:

Before using the KANAKI Kataifi, let it thaw at room temperature for at least 2 hours in its sealed packaging so that it won’t lose its moisture. Do not try to unfold Kataifi that is not completely defrosted because it might tear apart. After opening the packaging, keep the Kataifi covered with a slightly damp towel during the preparation of your recipe so that it will remain moist. 

Ingredients:

Wheat flour, water, sunflower oil, salt, preservative: potassium sorbate

Deep frozen product. Produced in Greece with EU and non-EU flour.
