Storage at Home:

Keep in freezer (-18°C) ***until the "Best before" date (see side of packaging). If not kept in the freezer, use them on the day of purchase. 


Once thawed do not refreeze.

 

Each package contains 2 Filo Parcels of 150g.

Baking instructions:

Place the Filo Parcels without defrosting them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake them at a preheated fan-heating oven at 180°C for approximately 22-25 minutes until golden brown. 
Adapt the time and temperature to your oven and the manufacturer’s instructions for use.

Ingredients:

Filling 53% (spinach 38%, cheese 30% {mizithra [milk] 22%, hard cheese [milk] 8% “pasteurized cow’s milk, salt, rennet, culture”}, onion, sunflower oil, leeks, dill, parsley, salt, pepper powder), 
filo pastry 42% (
wheat flour, water, corn starch, salt, dry deactivated yeast),
sunflower oil, olive oil.

The product may contain traces of sesame, nuts, and egg.

Raw deep frozen product.

Produced in Greece with EU and non-EU flour and spinach and EU cheeses.
