Storage at Home:
Keep in freezer (-18°C) *** until the date "Best before" (see side of packaging). If not kept in the freezer, use them on the day of purchase.
Once thawed do not refreeze.
Each package contains approximately 12 pieces of total weight 420g.
Baking instructions:

Preheat oven at 180°C.

Open the package and take out as many Filo Rolls as you want and place them without thawing on a baking tray, lined with baking paper, next to each other with their open ends touching.

Place the Filo Rolls at the oven at the middle rack. Bake them at 180°C for fan heating approximately 20 minutes until golden brown.

Adapt the time and temperature to your oven and the manufacturer’s instructions for use.

Filo pastry 47% (wheat flour, water, sunflower oil, corn starch, salt, dextrose), Filling 45% (leek 35%, water, cheese 16% {mizithra [milk], hard cheese [milk] “pasteurized cow’s milk, salt, rennet, culture”, feta [milk] 2%}, béchamel {milk proteins, modified starch, vegetable fat powder [from palm], maltodextrin, salt, stabilizer [sodium alginate], color [b-carotene]}, onion, sunflower oil, stabilizers [hydroxy-propyl-methyl-cellulose, modified starch], dill, parsley, salt, pepper), sunflower oil, olive oil.
