Storage at Home::

Keep in freezer (-18°C) *** until the date "Best before" (see side of packaging). If not kept in the freezer, use them on the day of purchase.

 

Οnce thawed do not refreeze.

Each package contains approximately 12 pieces of total weight 420g.

Baking instructions:

  • Preheat oven at 180°C. Open the package and take out as many Filo Rolls as you want and place them without thawing on a baking tray, lined with baking paper, next to each other with their open ends touching.

  • Place the Filo Rolls in the oven at the middle rack.

  • Bake them at 180°C for fan heating approximately 20 minutes until golden brown.

  • Adapt the time and temperature to your oven and the manufacturer’s instructions for use.

Ingredients:

Filo pastry 47% (wheat flour, water, sunflower oil, corn starch, salt, dextrose), Filling 45% (hummus 38% {boiled chickpeas 45% [water, chickpeas 47%], vegetable oils [from: soya, sunflower], tahini [sesame], onion, garlic, salt, vinegar, concentrated lemon juice, spices, acidity regulator [lactic acid]}, sun dried tomatoes 11%, red roasted peppers 11%, zucchini 11%, onion, tomato cubes, leek, stabilizer [hydroxy-propyl-methyl-cellulose]), sunflower oil, olive oil. 

The product may contain traces of milk and nuts.

Deep frozen product.

Produced in Greece with EU and non-EU flour, vegetables, and chickpeas.
