Storage at Home:

Store in the freezer at max -18°C) *** until the "Best before" date (see side of packaging). Thawing is not necessary before baking. Bake immediately if not kept frozen. Once thawed do not refreeze. This product is not microwaveable.

Each package contains approximately 20 mini pies of total weight 800g.

Preparation:

  • Place the mini pies, without defrosting on a baking tray with baking paper with small spaces between them.

  • Bake the mini pies in a preheated oven at 170°C for about 20 minutes for fan heating oven and at 180°C for 35 minutes for normal oven until golden brown. 

  • Adapt the time and temperature to your oven and the manufacturer’s instructions for use.

Ingredients:

Pastry 73% (wheat flour, vegetable margarine {[non-hydrogenated vegetable oils “from: 
sunflower, cottonseed, soya” and non-hydrogenated vegetable fats “from: palm” in varying proportions], water, salt, emulsifiers [mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, polyglycerides of fatty acids, lecithin “from: sunflower”], acidity regulator [citric acid], color [b-carotene], flavor}, water,
egg, sugar, salt, yeast, raising agents [pyrophosphate salts, sodium carbonate salts]) Filling 27% (water, cheese 41% {gouda [milk] 36%, semi-hard cheese [milk] 3%, “pasteurized cow’s milk, salt, rennet, culture”, kaseri [milk] 1%, metsovone [milk] 1%}, béchamel {milk proteins, modified starch, vegetable fat powder [from: palm], maltodextrin, salt, coagulant agent [sodium alginate], color [b-carotene]}, stabilizers [hydroxy-propyl-methyl-cellulose, modified starch], flavors). Skimmed milk dehydrated.

 

The product may contain traces of mustard, sesame, and nuts.

Deep frozen product.

Produced in Greece with EU and non-EU wheat flour and EU cheeses.
