Storage Instructions:
Keep refrigerated at 2°C – 6°C until the “Best before” date. The “Best before” date applies only if the product remains sealed in its original airtight packaging. Once opened, reseal the package tightly, store in the refrigerator, and consume within 2 days.
Each pack contains 2 pre-baked pizza bases, ~25cm in diameter.
Instructions of use:
1. Open the package and remove one pizza base.
2. Add your desired toppings, leaving a 1 cm border around the edge.
3. Place the pizza directly on the oven rack (without a tray or baking paper) in a preheated fan oven at 200°C – 220°C (392°F – 428°F) for 5–7 minutes. Baking directly on the rack allows for even air circulation underneath, ensuring a crispy texture and bringing out the full flavor and aroma of the base.
4. Bake for 5–7 minutes until golden and crispy.
Adjust baking time according to your oven and the manufacturer’s instructions.
Ingredients:
Wheat flour, water, sourdough 22% (type "00" soft wheat flour, water), finely ground durum wheat semolina, wholemeal soft wheat flour, salt, extra virgin olive oil 1.4%, malted wheat flour, brewer's yeast, bakery mix (type "0" soft wheat flour, apple cider vinegar powder), emulsifier (soy lecithin), raising agent (sodium bicarbonate), preservative (potassium sorbate), natural olive flavoring. Surface treated with ethyl alcohol.
The product may contain traces of mustard.
Pre-baked product. Made in Italy.
