1 KANAKI Thin PIZZA BASE
3–4 tbsp tomato sauce
1 ball of mozzarella or smoked cheese
Zucchini, sliced
Bell peppers
Mushrooms
Onion
Olive oil and spice
Preparation - Steps
Preheat the oven to 200°C - 220°C (400–430°F).
Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the pizza base.
Add the cheese and the vegetables, thinly sliced.
Drizzle with a little olive oil and sprinkle with spices (oregano, thyme, pepper).
Bake for 6–7 minutes, until the cheese melts and the vegetables are tender.
