Storage at Home:

Keep in a deep freezer (max -18°C) *** until “Best Before” date. Once thawed do not refreeze. Thawing is not necessary before baking. Bake immediately if not kept frozen.

Each package contains approximately 15 pieces of total weight 450g.

Preparation:

  • Place the mini pies, without defrosting, on a tray lined with baking paper, leaving small spaces between them.

  • Brush their top with egg or milk for extra shine. Bake them in a preheated oven until golden brown.

  • For Fan Ovens bake for about 20 minutes at 180°C. For Conventional oven top & bottom on, bake for 25 minutes at 190°C (suggested). 

  • Adapt the time and temperature to your oven and the manufacturer’s instructions for use.

Ingredients: 

Puff pastry 66% (wheat flour, vegetable margarine {[non-hydrogenated vegetable oils “from: sunflower, cottonseed, soya” and non-hydrogenated vegetable fats “from: palm” in varying proportions], water, salt, emulsifiers [mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, polyglycerides of fatty acids, lecithin “from: sunflower”], acidity regulator [citric acid], color [b-carotene], flavor}, water, cheese powder, salt). Filling 34% (spinach 38%, cheese 30% {mizithra [milk] 18%, feta [milk] 10%, hard cheese [milk] 2% «pasteurized cow’s milk, salt, rennet, culture»}, onion, sunflower oil, leek, dill, parsley, salt, pepper).


The product may contain traces of egg, mustard, nuts, and sesame.

Deep frozen product.

Produced in Greece with EU and non-EU flour and spinach and EU cheeses.
