Storage at Home:

Keep in freezer (-18°C) *** until the date "Best before" (see side of packaging). If not kept in the freezer, use them on the day of purchase. 


ONCE THAWED DO NOT REFREEZE.

Each package contains approximately 12 pieces of total weight 340g.

Preparation:

  • Preheat your oven to 200°C.

  • Open the packaging and remove the wrapped tray. Open the wrapping and take out as many triangles as you wish. Return the rest to the freezer.

  • Conventional oven: Without defrosting, place Filo Triangles on a baking tray lined with baking paper, allowing small spaces between them.

  • For additional color and shine, brush lightly their surface with some olive oil.

  • Bake on the middle shelf of the oven for about 20-25 minutes, until golden.

  • Adjust the cooking time and temperature according to your oven. Frying pan: Deep fry the KANAKI Filo Triangles in hot oil for 5-7 minutes until they become golden brown. Remove them and let them rest on a paper towel, to drain some of the oil.
    Caution! The paper tray in the packaging is not suitable for baking.

Ingredients:

Filling 54% (spinach 35%, cheese 28% {mizithra [milk] 14%, feta [milk] 9%, hard cheese [milk] 5% “pasteurized cow’s milk, salt, rennet, culture”}, vegetable oils {sunflower oil, olive oil}, onion, semolina [wheat], leek, dill, parsley, salt, pepper). Filo Pastry 46% (wheat flour, water, corn starch, salt, dry deactivated yeast).

The product may contain traces of egg, sesame, and nuts.

Deep frozen product.

Produced in Greece with EU and non-EU flour and spinach and EU cheeses.
