1 KANAKI Thin PIZZA BASE
3–4 tbsp crushed tomatoes or passata
1 ball mozzarella
Fresh basil leaves
A few drops of extra virgin olive oil
Preparation - Steps
Preheat the oven (fan-assisted) to 200°C–220°C (392°F–428°F).
Open the package and remove one pre-baked KANAKI pizza base.
Spread the crushed tomatoes evenly over the base, leaving a 1 cm border around the edge.
Drain the mozzarella, cut it into pieces, and distribute evenly over the sauce.
Place the pizza directly on the oven rack (without a baking tray or parchment paper).
Bake for 5–7 minutes, until the mozzarella has melted and the base is crispy.
Once removed from the oven, add the fresh basil leaves and drizzle with a few drops of olive oil.
