Pinsa Cinnamon Roll

Ingredients

1 KANAKI PINSA ALLA ROMANA base
2 tbsp melted butter
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
1/2 cup cream cheese, at room temperature
1/4 cup powdered sugar
2–3 tbsp milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation - Steps

Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F ).
Evenly brush the fluffy PINSA base with the melted butter.
Mix the brown sugar with cinnamon and sprinkle over the entire surface.
Bake for 8–10 minutes, until golden and fully cooked.
Meanwhile, prepare the glaze by mixing cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
Remove the pinsa from the oven and drizzle with the glaze while still warm.
Cut into pieces and serve.
